Samir Childers is a true example of Customer Service. In driving through Vallejo on my way home, I spontaneously stopped at the Vallejo Mazda dealer to get some advice in using my Mazda CX-5 Navigation System. It's not exactly a user friendly Navigation System - but Samir Childers dropped everything he was doing to help me. THANK YOU!! I didn't realize how much I didn't want to buy a car right now until I was forced into it and became a total and utter xxxxx. i am more saddened by my behavior through this whole process than I could ever imaging. After making an online inquiry, I was quickly connected with Rocco Marconni. Rocco was willing to give me some prices over the phone, so I went in for an awesome test drive a few hours later. Short story: I bought a new Mazda 3! Rocco is really passionate about honesty and transparency, and I would recommend working with him and the dealership that also clearly values these qualities.

Wow, what can I say? I have bought at least 2 dozen new cars in the past 25 years. Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Toyota, Ford, Lincoln etc.... I have never in my life felt so welcome and protected by a car dealership. I expect to be protected by the people I do business with and give my hard earned money to. Rocco and Vince were extremely helpful. Rocco found a way for my family to purchase a car. He got us a deal that made our family happy. He anticipated the type of car that would make my wife happy (she would be the person driving the car). Vince was the person who allowed us to test drive the vehicle. The customer service he provided was professional, courteous, and personable. The service provided by these two, plus the quality service provided by the financial staff, enabled my family to have the paperwork and car home to Fremont by mid afternoon.
