I queried the dealership via email about the car I was interested in. I was contacted by Sam Amurkhanov within minutes. I requested OTD pricing and he delivered the information I needed. I was happy with the offer he extended and arranged a test drive. The end result is that we bought the car after the test drive. would like to document my ongoing concern regarding my Mazda CX-90 steering issue.
The dealership previously replaced the steering gear/component related to the steering system in an attempt to repair the original problem. However, after the repair, the steering wheel became noticeably stiff and difficult to turn compared to how the vehicle originally drove.
In addition, the vehicle still does not feel safe or normal while driving. The steering behavior changed after the repair, and the issue remains unresolved.

My 2021 Mazda CX5 developed a severe oil leak and was still under the 60 month warranty. I made an appointment with Vallejo Mazda and received excellent service from them. I left the car overnight, they provided a loner car, and the leak was repaired by the next day at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend Vallejo Mazda—the staff was knowledgeable, courteous and very accommodating.

When I returned to get my car, the rep had all these suggestions for extended service which Ifound overwhelming. When I got my car back the car had a strange sound in the fan. I took it back and the rep stated well remember we recommended more service and that the techs were crossed trained and are not proficient with Hyundais. Managing Service Advisor was helpful and explained work that needed to be done to my Mazda. A loaner was also available to cover the days where my car was at the service shop which helped me be mobile for everyday transportation.

Straight forward easy purchase no issues whatsoever. They were able to hold the car for me for about a week before I could get to them.

Unexpected Delays and Incorrect invoicing were not the norm for this location. However, Service Dept was able to rebound from their initial setbacks, and finally deliver my vehicle with the "Buy 3 Get 1 for $1 tire" deal with the corrected invoice. So, all is forgotten and forgiven. I would still come back to DgDg dealership because customer service is ultimately about doing what you promised even if you encountered a few hurdles along the way.
Fairfield Mazda always sends me emails on service discounts on the same service that you provide. Some of their prices best your prices. For example I got new breaks from you a couple ok months ago, you charged me $ 700. They sent me a coupon for $495.00 for new breaks. This is not right for them to continually undermine you. You guys sell the same cars. I bought my car from you and have been loyal for all my service. Fairfield should not be sending me emails to give me better deals. This is my first time doing an oil change at Vallejo Mazda where a bought my 2024 CX90, Joe had excellent customer service and kept me inform on the job progress, I felt appreciate and makes me feel going back to that dealership.
